Job summary

Jora Malaysia is offering a Supply Chain Internship (Immediate Intake available) to support data collection and routine reporting across the supply chain pillar. You will assist the order management team, track orders, coordinate with suppliers, and help resolve inquiries with customer service.

Responsibilities include inventory monitoring, daily replenishment, end-to-end order processing, and contributing to ad-hoc tasks by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field.
• Official Letter from University.
• Strong interest in Supply Chain processes and data analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support overall Supply Chain pillar in collecting data and preparing routine reports.
• Assist order management team to track orders, follow up with suppliers and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with the team especially customer service team to resolve supply-related inquiries or complaints.
• Help monitor inventory levels and highlight potential issues (ie out of stock, slow moving).
• Monitor daily allocation replenishment and highlight any outliers to respective pillar.
• Manage end-to-end order processing, including order entry, tracking, and fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Perform other specific assignments as requested by management.
