Job summary

ResMed Inc in Malaysia seeks a Supply Chain Data Analyst to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that boost visibility and performance across our global supply chain.

You will partner with stakeholders to design dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Sisense, while ensuring data quality and standardizing KPIs across Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data science or a related field.
• 3–6 years in a data analytics or BI role.
• Hands-on dashboard development with BI tools.
• SQL proficiency and data warehousing knowledge.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in Supply Chain context preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

As a Supply Chain Data Analyst based in Malaysia, you’ll help transform complex supply chain data into clear, actionable insights that improve visibility, performance, and decision‑making across our global supply chain. As part of the Digital Supply Chain Insight and Intelligence Team, you’ll work across Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, and other Supply Chain functions. You’ll build trusted analytics, standardize meaningful metrics, and create scalable reporting solutions that help teams understand what’s happening, identify opportunities, and make better‑informed decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and translate business needs into practical analytics and reporting solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and data products that deliver timely and actionable insights.
• Analyze supply chain data to uncover trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, data engineers, and analytics teams to build scalable, user‑focused solutions.
• Develop and standardize KPIs, business metrics, and reporting across Supply Chain functions.
• Ensure data quality and contribute to data governance, documentation, and improved analytics processes.
• Support adoption of analytics solutions through user engagement, clear documentation, and training.
• Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives and ad hoc business needs, communicating insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• 3–6 years in a data analytics or business intelligence role.
• Hands‑on capability developing dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, Sisense, or similar business intelligence tools.
• Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of enterprise data warehouses and data transformation principles, including platforms such as Snowflake.
• Analytical and problem‑solving ability with a practical approach to turning business requirements into useful solutions.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.
• Background working within Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing, or Operations environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering accurate, high‑quality analytics.
• Nice to Have Exposure across multiple Supply Chain functions.
• Familiarity with data governance, KPI standardization, and analytics adoption.
