Job summary

Resmed in Malaysia seeks a Supply Chain Data Analyst to transform complex data into actionable insights across the global supply chain. You will join the Digital Supply Chain Insight and Intelligence Team, working with Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, and other functions to build trusted analytics and scalable reporting solutions.

You will develop dashboards, standardize KPIs, ensure data quality, and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, analytics, information systems, CS, engineering, supply chain, or related discipline.
• 3-6 years in a data analytics or BI role.
• Hands-on dashboards/reports with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Sisense).
• SQL proficiency and knowledge of data warehouses (Snowflake).
• Analytical/problem-solving with turning business requirements into solutions.
• Clear communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Experience in Supply Chain domains (Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering quality analytics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytics and reporting solutions.
• Develop and enhance dashboards, reports, and data products for timely insights.
• Analyze supply chain data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, data engineers, and analytics teams to build scalable solutions.
• Develop and standardize KPIs and reporting across Supply Chain functions.
• Ensure data quality and contribute to data governance and documentation.
• Support adoption of analytics solutions through documentation and training.
• Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives and ad hoc business needs.
