Establish a strategy to reduce management costs and improve efficiency by forecasting customer demand and managing risks through supply chain.
Manage global and local risk factors for supply chain
Manage the daily end-to-end Supply Chain Operation in SEA and Ensure the total operation cost towards annual targets
Coordinating and negotiating with operations , sales and customers.
Define an efficient Supply Chain Process in SEA
Integrate SEA customers demand and communicate it to production plants to ensure smooth product supply.
Customer service activities including processing of all customer orders, customer enquiries, producenquiries, customer complaints including data input in Accpac and SAP
Process customer orders, track and manage shipments to deliver products to customers on time.
Dispatch dailyrequests forroot cause analysis and corrective action process for customer complaints
Import activities performing the necessary regulatory review, preparing for Customs clearance and managing shipment delivery schedule for all products and customers.
Export activities performing the necessary regulatory review , shipping document preparation , working with freight forwarders to book shipments, working with warehouse for shipment loading
Manage and co-ordinate cycle count/ stock –take process with external warehouse and establishment of corrective actions if required
Manage inventory towards the DOH target set by Operations
Maintain appropriate inventory levels and minimize slow-moving materials through discussions
Ensure timely entries of all data into the Asia Pacific Operations KPI and to generate all presentation as required by operations.
Liaise with counterpart in AP entities or with Finance personnel in entity to provide specific data related
Responsible for the preparation of monthly operation meeting
