Job summary

Infineon Technologies Malaysia is seeking a data-driven supply chain professional to manage orders, inventories, and portfolio analysis. You will enhance forecasting, build dashboards in Tableau/Power BI, and automate repetitive planning tasks using Python or Excel macros.

You will collaborate with international Sales, Marketing, and Development teams to ensure timely sampling and data-driven decisions while supporting digitalization initiatives and AI-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum CGPA: 3.0.
• Progressive handling in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, or automation tools.
• Knowledgeable in machine learning.
• Good English language fluency with strong analytical mindset.
• Strong team player with focus on team targets and success.
• Bonus: interest in AI-driven supply chain solutions and digitalization.

Responsibilities

• Order handling: check sample orders and prepare summaries for internal team.
• 1st confirmation and update of planned delivery data for customers.
• Inventory management: maintain stock levels and prepare transfers.
• Replenishment support based on defined parameters and instructions.
• Product portfolio management: analyze portfolio and prepare handling proposals.
• Communication: prepare information and presentations for Sales, Marketing and Development teams.
• Data Analytics & Automation: maintain dashboards using Tableau/Power BI; automate tasks with Excel/macros/Python; analyze datasets to identify trends.
