Job summary

You will drive process automation and digitalization using Excel Macro, Tableau and Python to analyze data and collaborate with cross-functional teams for accurate, timely, and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience with Excel Macro, Tableau, Python or similar is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in business and data analytics.
• High integrity with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Customs Compliance Reporting and Auditing: Validate inbound permits against shipping invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness; prepare and submit compliance reports to Finance within established timelines.
• Freight Bill Verification Approval and Accrual Reporting: Review, verify, and process freight invoices for approval and submission; perform monthly freight accrual activities.
• End to End Coordination of Engineering Sample: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline request processes and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Process Automation & Digitalization: Explore, contribute to, and implement digitalization initiatives to automate tasks and drive process improvements.
