Responsibilities

• Develop and apply AI/ML solutions to support supply chain planning, inventory optimisation, backlog intelligence, revenue management, and operational decision-making.
• Explore and implement Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, and emerging AI technologies for business applications.
• Participate in digitalisation initiatives, transforming processes into scalable, data-driven, and intelligent solutions.
• Design and implement automation solutions, including workflow automation, system integration, and process orchestration, to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Analyse business data to identify risks, opportunities, trends, and actionable insights that drive business outcomes.
• Evaluate new technologies, AI tools, and digital platforms through proof-of-concepts, innovation projects, and pilot deployments.
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable digital, automation, and AI solutions.
• Support the adoption of AI-driven and data-driven decision-making across planning, operations, and supply chain functions.
• Establish best practices, governance, and continuous improvement frameworks for AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, business analytics, digital transformation, automation, or AI/ML-related roles.
• Experience delivering data-driven solutions, digitalisation initiatives, and process automation projects.
• Proven track record in identifying business opportunities and translating them into scalable technology solutions.
• Bachelor's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Intermediate knowledge of Python, SQL, AI/ML concepts, or Generative AI technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Passion for AI, digital innovation, and emerging technologies.
