Job summary

Keysight in Penang seeks a seasoned AI/ML specialist to develop and apply intelligent solutions across supply chain planning, inventory optimisation, backlog intelligence, and revenue management. You will work on generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and related technologies to deliver scalable, data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or AI/ML-related roles.
• Experience delivering data-driven solutions and automation projects.
• Proven ability to translate business opportunities into scalable technology solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, ML, Engineering, Analytics, Statistics or related field.
• Intermediate knowledge of Python, SQL, AI/ML concepts, or Generative AI technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Passion for AI, digital innovation, and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply AI/ML solutions to support supply chain planning, inventory optimisation, backlog intelligence, revenue management, and operational decision-making.
• Explore and implement Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, and emerging AI technologies for business applications.
• Participate in digitalisation initiatives, transforming processes into scalable, data-driven, and intelligent solutions.
• Design and implement automation solutions, including workflow automation, system integration, and process orchestration, to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Analyse business data to identify risks, opportunities, trends, and actionable insights that drive business outcomes.
• Evaluate new technologies, AI tools, and digital platforms through proof-of-concepts, innovation projects, and pilot deployments.
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable digital, automation, and AI solutions.
• Support the adoption of AI-driven and data-driven decision-making across planning, operations, and supply chain functions.
