Job summary

IntouchCX is seeking a Corporate Supplier Contracts Manager in Kuala Lumpur to lead contract review requests, evaluate terms, and manage supplier contracts. You will collaborate with procurement, finance, legal, and security teams to assess risks and ensure compliant processes.

The role requires 5 years in contract review, a relevant diploma or degree, and strong English, negotiation, and organizational skills. You will follow and enforce CLM workflows and maintain contract records.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in contract review.
• Diploma or Degree in office administration, business, or law preferred.
• Familiarity with Ironclad CLM or equivalent tools.
• Knowledge of GDPA, HIPAA, cybersecurity standards (e NIST, ISO27001).
• Excellent English (verbal and written).
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent negotiation skills for favorable terms.
• Understanding of TPRM lifecycle and third-party risk.
• Proactive team player mindset.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for contract review requests.
• Review, evaluate, and suggest contract terms across supplier categories.
• Maintain records of correspondence and documents for contracts.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, legal, and security teams on risk.
• Communicate contract information to stakeholders and suppliers.
• Identify and mitigate contract risks to protect interests.
• Interact with legal for document reviews and advice.
• Enforce contract signature and approval processes.
• Follow Ironclad ingestion and document management processes.
• Manage internal reporting on contract activity (active, paused, closed).
• Serve as emergency backup to Travel and Procurement Coordinator.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Corporate Supplier Contracts Manager to support all global procurement contract review services and related activities. This involves problem-solving, prioritizing workloads, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis. As a Supplier Contracts Manager, You Will…

• Be the Primary point of contact (POC) for all IntouchCX’s contract review requests submitted to the procurement department.

• Review, evaluate, and suggest contract terms, covering all supplier contract categories and types.

• Keep detailed records of supplier correspondence and documentation related to established contracts and ongoing negotiations.

• Collaborate with procurement, finance, legal, and security teams to assess risks of engaging with a third-party supplier.

• Communicate contract-related information to relevant IntouchCX stakeholders and suppliers.

• Identify and mitigate any potential contract risks to protect the organization’s interests.

• Interact with IntouchCX legal for document reviews and legal advice.

• Follow and enforce the IntouchCX contract signature and approval process.

• Follow the contract database (Ironclad) ingestion and document management processes.

• Manage internal reporting on contract management activities and active, paused, and closed contracts.

• Be the emergency backup to the Travel and Procurement Coordinator as required.

• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

As a Supplier Contracts Manager, You Need…

• 5 years of experience in the contract review processes.

• A Diploma or Degree in office administration, business, or law is preferred.

• Familiarity with the Ironclad contract database or equivalent contract lifecycle management (CLM) software tools.

• Knowledge in relevant regulations like GDPA, HIPAA, Cybersecurity (e NIST, ISO27001), and other data protection laws that impact contractual requirements.

• Excellent English skills (verbal and written).

• Superb organizational / time management/multi-tasking skills.

• Expert communication and collaboration skills.

• Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable and protective contractual terms with suppliers.

• Knowledge of a TPRM framework and an understanding of the third-party risk management lifecycle.

• A proactive and team player mindset.

• The ability to prioritize & be adept at handling last-minute priority changes.
