Supervisor - Security and Environmental, Health and Safety

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Operations
- Manage security systems such as CCTV, intrusion alarms, access control, and the Security, Health and Safety Portal.
- Coordinate the completion of Security Corrective and Preventive Actions and communicate issues to management.
- Participate in District Business Review meetings to discuss security issues and best practices.
- Coach employees and management on incident reporting standards.
- Lead security incident investigations in coordination with regional and headquarters security teams.
- Support the development and testing of Business Continuity Plans.
- Implement and promote Expeditors' Health and Safety Standards.
- Educate colleagues and service providers to foster a safety culture.
- Supervise outsourced security personnel in daily operations.
- Serve as the key contact for operational process standards.
- Manage security, health, and safety resources and tools.
- Deliver instructor-led security, health, and safety training sessions.
Compliance
- Promote adherence to company policies, regulations, and demonstrate integrity.
- Maintain continuous communication to ensure policy awareness and understanding.
- Ensure 100% compliance with local security, health, safety regulations, and operational standards.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in logistics or supply chain industry.
- At least 1 year of experience in setting up and managing security systems.
- Ability to enforce standards, awareness, and compliance regarding security, health, and safety.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel formulas and pivot tables.
- Strong organizational, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Proven leadership abilities and capacity to implement change.
