Job description

The On-Site Consultant acts as the main point of contact between the company and the client, focusing on daily coordination and administrative support at the client’s location. This role involves handling operational matters, maintaining accurate records, assisting with workforce coordination, and ensuring smooth communication between all parties to support efficient day-to-day operations.

• Act as the main point of contact for basic communication between clients and internal teams
• Handle daily admin tasks such as attendance tracking, reports, and documentation
• Assist in coordinating workforce and site operations
• Support on-site issues and escalates when necessary
• Prepare reports, maintain records, and ensure data accuracy
• Assist with onboarding, briefing, and basic training for workers
• Monitor daily activities and ensure everything runs smoothly
• Build good working relationships with clients and on-site team
