Job summary

Guardian Health and Beauty Sdn Bhd is seeking an outlet operations assistant in Pekan Nanas, Johor. You will assist the Store Manager with day-to-day tasks, handle cash, prepare reports, promote promotions, and contribute to outlet sales growth.

You will supervise staff, maintain stock displays, ensure cleanliness, and deliver excellent customer service to build strong rapport with shoppers. This role requires teamwork and attention to detail in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• Assist in overall outlet operations under guidance from the Store Manager.
• Handle day-to-day store tasks including cash, reports and promotions.
• Supervise staff attendance, briefing and follow-ups.
• Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with customers.
• Assist in display, merchandising and maintaining cleanliness.

Responsible in assisting Store Manager/Executive in Charge for overall Outlet Operation

Handle all day-to-day task at store (cash money, daily report, promotion etc)

Supervise staffs (attendance, briefing, follow up)

To demonstrate excellent customer service and build & maintain good rapport with customers

Play an integral part in contributing towards outlet sales achievement & sales growth

Maintain cash accurately according to the set procedures and to keep proper records of operation

Actively promote stocks or promotional mechanics to customer

Responsible in dealing with customer inquiries and complaints

Assisting in all aspects of outlet , especially display, merchandising and cleanliness
