The Food Merchant – Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur
Perform proper stock management by maintaining a fully stocked store and store condition by following visual merchandising standards.
Set goalsfor performance and deadlines in ways that following with company’s plans and communicate them to staff.
Perform proper greetings and attend customers’ needs by recommending items that match their needs.
Perform further services to customer at Fresh Market (Meat & Seafood Department) by cutting fish, poultry and meat.
Receive customer complaints and resolve problems.
Keep up to date with product information, features and benefits.
Responsible to follow up with Department Superiors on orders in regular basis.
Close working relationship with Receiving Department and involved in receiving goods by checking freshness, quality of product and expiry dates.
Perform stock count on weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback with proper coaching.
To train new staff on work flow following company’s standards.
Pass on information from upper management to staff and vice versa.
Responsible to abide safety operation rules & regulation in store.
Perform housekeeping, ensure cleanliness and health & safety measurement in storeroom and selling floor.
Any other jobs which is relevant to storeroom and selling floor management.
