Aeon Fantasy (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Supervisor for the Indoor Playground at KL Midtown Mall to oversee daily store operations, ensure opening checklists are completed, and take corrective action for non-compliance.

You will support sales targets, assist promotions, monitor customer flow and service quality, supervise staff, maintain safety and cleanliness of attractions, and collaborate with marketing and local partners to boost brand presence.

SUPERVISOR INDOOR PLAYGROUND - KL MIDTOWN MALL

Ensure all daily opening and operational checklists are completed accurately by the store team before business operations commence, and take immediate corrective action for any non-compliance. Support the Store Manager in planning, organizing and supervising daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient business operations

Support the achievement of sales targets, profitability and key business performance indicators through effective daily operational management

Support promotional activities, local marketing initiatives and customer engagement programmed to increase store traffic and sales when required

Monitor daily operational performance, customer traffic, productivity and service quality, and recommend improvement opportunities to the Store Manager including promotional activities when required

Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), operational standards, company policies and daily operational checklists are consistently implemented and complied with.

Supervise, coach and motivate team members through regular communication, training and performance feedback to maintain a productive and positive working environment.

Deliver excellent customer experience by maintaining high service standards, resolving customer complaints, responding promptly to customer enquiries and feedback across digital platforms when assigned, and ensuring all operational incidents are reported in accordance with company procedures.

Ensure all attractions, equipment and facilities are safe, clean and operational, and report maintenance issues promptly.

Support and coordinate promotional events, community engagement activities, school visits, and collaborations with local partners, KOLs and influencers to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, audit requirements and operational guideline

Prepare operational reports, monitor store performance and provide recommendations to the Store Manager.

Work closely with the HQ Marketing Department to execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, seasonal events and brand initiatives while ensuring compliance with company brand standards.

Undertake any other duties or ad hoc tasks as assigned by top management or from the holding company in Japan, from time to time. This may include tasks beyond the scope of the standard job description to contribute to the overall success of the team and organization.

In 2003, AEON Fantasy Co. Ltd. has assisted AEON CO. (M) BHD. in setting up an indoor amusement business which carries the name of “Smart Wonder World” within JUSCO General Merchandise Stores and AEON Shopping Centres where it is conceptually designed to provide an alternative entertainment environment and facilities for children and their families.

In line with AEON Group’s policy, AEON CO. (M) BHD. has entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement dated 25th February 2011 with AEON Fantasy (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. to dispose the Smart Wonder World Business. AEON Fantasy (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated on 18th February 2011 as a private limited company in Malaysia for the purpose of acquiring the Smart Wonder World business from AEON CO. (M) BHD. and shall continue to operate and expand the business with the name of “Molly Fantasy”.

On 3rd March 2011, AEON CO. (M) BHD. and AEON Fantasy Co. Ltd. have entered into a Subscription and Relationship Agreement with AEON Fantasy (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. to acquire the ordinary shares of AEON Fantasy (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. Hence, making AEON Fantasy (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. to be jointly owned by AEON (M) BHD, and AEON Fantasy Co., Ltd.

AEON Fantasy (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.’s creed is to serve local communities and initiate sound development by providing dreams, fun and interaction through its principal activities. AEON Fantasy (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.’s principal activities are in the operation of indoor theme parks which include entertainment and amusement facilities for children and their families. AEON Fantasy (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. will enhance its business and look for future expansion in order to provide a better entertainment facilities and services to local communities.
