Job summary

Konsortium ProHAWK Sdn. Bhd. invites applications for a Hygiene Services Supervisor responsible for overseeing hospital hygiene operations in line with MOH contracts.

The role requires coordinating resources, monitoring contractors, and ensuring compliance with TRPI, AMS Manual, and MOH requirements. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Certificate in a relevant field with at least 3 years of experience, CePSWaM certification, and strong organizational, communication, and supervisory skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a related field.
• CePSWaM certified Environmental Professional in Scheduled Waste Management.
• Good organizing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hygiene services to ensure requirements are fulfilled per MOH contract.
• Manage and monitor resources including manpower, tools, and equipment to maintain service quality.
• Monitor appointed contractors to ensure smooth daily hospital operations.
• Track hygiene operations and services on a monthly basis.
• Oversee scheduled and unscheduled hygiene works per TRPI, AMS Manual, MOH requirements and legal standards.
• Assist in implementing quality assurance procedures in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hygiene services to ensure all requirements are fulfilled in accordance with the Contract Agreement with the Ministry of Health (MOH).
• Manage and monitor resources under Hygiene Services, including manpower, tools, and equipment, to maintain the required quality of services.
• Monitor appointed contractors to ensure smooth daily operations without interruption to hospital services.
• Monitor the performance of hygiene operations and services on a monthly basis.
• Monitor scheduled and unscheduled hygiene works in accordance with TRPI, AMS Manual, MOH requirements, and relevant statutory requirements.
• Assist in the implementation of quality assurance procedures in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Certificate in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a related field.
