Job summary

Hartalega is seeking a motivated and hands-on Production Supervisor to lead our glove manufacturing team. You will supervise group leaders, monitor production, quality, and materials usage, and organize operators.

This role requires a Diploma in Engineering, and at least 3 years of glove manufacturing experience. You will train staff, ensure ISO9001/13485/GMP compliance, and report daily performance to leadership.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering is required.
• Prefer glove manufacturing experience of 3+ years.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Group Leaders in carrying out daily production tasks according to work instructions and SOPs.
• Monitor process control, production output, product quality, and use of materials/equipment.
• Organize and allocate machine operators under the responsibility of Group Leaders.
• Provide on-the-job training for newly recruited workers and record training in Employee Training Records.
• Enforce company rules, regulations, safety practices, and ISO9001/13485/GMP requirements.
• Review and verify reports submitted by Group Leaders, taking action on compliance or nonconformities.
• Coordinate with engineering and related departments on equipment, utilities, and line requirements.
• Investigate and resolve production or quality issues not handled by subordinates.
• Conduct equipment and materials inspections according to checklist requirements.
• Report daily production performance, issues, and overall updates to the Executive/Engineer or Manager.
