Job summary

Bask Bear Coffee Pavilion Bukit Jalil is seeking a Supervisor to manage daily cafe operations, schedule staff, and maintain service standards. You will train team members and assist with cost control, stock takes and ordering to support efficient store performance.

The role requires SPM/O-Level qualifications with 1 year as Team Lead or Crew Leader being advantageous. Bask Bear Coffee is Malaysia’s leading F&B brand with a strong footprint across outlets nationwide.

Qualifications

• SPM or O-Level is required.
• At least 1 year of experience as Team Lead or Crew Leader is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Create employees’ schedules to ensure efficient operations.
• Supervise and train staff to ensure standards of service and professionalism.
• Assist in execution of strategic planning including outlet food costs control, stock take and stock ordering.
• Oversee daily cafe operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling and inventory management.
