Job summary

Bask Bear Coffee IOI Mall Kulai seeks a friendly Barista to brew coffee and tea and serve drinks to customers with passion. You will ensure every order meets high quality standards and follow SOPs throughout the shift.

You will explain Bask Bear products clearly, upsell where appropriate, keep the dining and work areas clean, and assist in food preparation as needed. Teamwork and reliability are essential for a smooth operation.

Qualifications

• Previous barista experience preferred.
• Able to explain Bask Bear products clearly to customers.
• Follow SOPs to ensure beverage quality and consistency.

To brew coffee or tea and to serve the drinks to customers.

Ensure every drink serves to customers are made with passion and have the highest quality standards by following the right SOP.

Able to explain all Bask Bear products clearly to customers, and to promote/upsell the products at all times.

Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils.

Assist in food preparation by following standard recipes.

Assure the cleanliness and sanitization of all work areas such as countertops.

Arrange for ovens and cooking ranges to be set at proper heat levels.

Place prepared dishes and platters on trays to make them ready for serving.

Clean and sanitize kitchen floors, ovens, and other cooking equipment periodically.
