Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent diploma.
• Mastery of Office Package (Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, etc).
• Desirable knowledge of project management tools (Primavera, MS Project) and ERP System (preferably SAP)
• Knowledge of lean and project management methodology/ tool
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in oil & gas/Manufacturing/Heavy industry, working in project management, and/or experience in direct interface areas

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all work to fulfill contractual obligations between Subsea Projects and REMS Manufacturing, within project budget and schedule.
• Ensure REMS project is mobilized after Tendering Team handover with key team members and handover completed.
• Maintain project schedule and ensure risks are identified and mitigated early.
• Review and approve contractual documents between REMS and Subsea Projects (Sales Order, Variation Orders).
• Communicate requirements clearly to REMS project contributors and align with Subsea team.
• Lead regular sub-system/product meetings to drive upcoming work and align priorities.
• Record lessons learnt and provide accurate project reporting (actuals, forecast, risks, mitigations).
• Interact with clients as primary Face of the company when required and support on-site customer management
