TechnipFMC plc in Malaysia's Johor region seeks a Manufacturing/Engineering professional to standardize processes, develop routings, and support tooling, with a focus on subsea products. You will work with Design Engineering, Projects and QA to translate requirements into manufacturable solutions.

You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, mentor colleagues, and ensure job readiness through FAT documentation, drawings, and tooling selection, while adhering to HSE standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Robotics/Electronics engineering or equivalent.
• 2-10 years of subsea engineering/manufacturing experience in a specialized area or product line(s).
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes including assembly, pressure systems and schematics.

Responsabilidades

• Standardizes processes for core products and redesigns for throughput and cost.
• Develops routings and FAT documentation, designs tooling and equipment.
• Supports machining operations with expendables ordering and invoicing.
• Reviews routings, DCP procedures and materials prior to release for manufacturing approval.
• Coordinates onboarding of new personnel and acts as technical resource.
