Job summary

TechnipFMC plc is seeking a Project Coordinator to drive the delivery of a complete sub-system or product within the Subsea Projects organization. You will ensure on-time, on-budget execution from start-up to close-out, coordinating engineering, procurement and manufacturing activities and maintaining project baselines.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in oil & gas or related industries, with strong skills in Primavera/MS Project and SAP ERP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in oil & gas, manufacturing or heavy industry.
• Experience with Primavera, MS Project and ERP systems (SAP).

Responsibilities

• Deliver sub-system or product on time and within budget per project requirements.
• Mobilize projects after tender handover and establish baselines in ERP.
• Lead cross-functional sub-system / product meetings with engineering, procurement and manufacturing.
• Maintain project schedules, perform critical path and float analyses, and manage risks.
• Prepare reports, track costs and outputs, and communicate with clients as required.
• Close out projects with lessons learned and capture deviations and changes.
