Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly innovative and versatileCreative Video & Motion Producer to join our dynamic in-house Studio & Content team. This permanent position focuses on elevating our capabilities in video storytelling, motion design, and the integration of Generative AI to drive unique and compelling visual narratives.

The successful candidate will be deeply involved in transforming creative ideas into engaging multimedia content. This includes developing storyboards, directing production processes, and leveraging AI to experiment with visual concepts and accelerate content creation. This role requires a blend of artistic vision, technical expertise, and a pioneering spirit in new media technologies.

Responsibilities

Creative Concept Development & Visual Storytelling

• Interpret and translate diverse marketing briefs into compelling, cohesive video and motion concepts that align with brand strategy and campaign objectives.
• Create detailed storyboards, visual treatments, and scripts, emphasizing strong composition, narrative flow, and engaging pacing to enhance viewer impact.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams including graphic designers, marketers, and external agencies to ensure consistency and alignment throughout the creative process.

Video & Motion Production Excellence

• Plan, produce, and edit high-quality video and motion graphics tailored for multiple platforms including digital, social media, retail, internal communication, and large-scale campaigns.
• Innovatively convert static visual assets into dynamic motion content, applying animated typography, transitions, and other effects to captivate target audiences.
• Manage full post-production workflow including fine-tuning video edits, integrating audio elements, applying subtitles, and performing color grading to meet professional standards.
• Adapt creative assets efficiently across diverse formats and aspect ratios such as 9:16 for immersive mobile experiences, 1:1 for social channels, and 16:9 for traditional video outputs.

Innovative Generative AI Content Integration

• Utilize Generative AI platforms to create, enhance, and diversify visual elements including images, animations, backgrounds, and character designs that enrich the storytelling experience.
• Develop sophisticated AI prompts and workflows that integrate text-to-image, image-to-video, and other AI-generated content with traditional production methods.
• Explore and experiment with emerging AI tools continuously to push creative boundaries and drive efficiency in content creation.
• Combine AI-generated content seamlessly with conventional motion design and video editing techniques to produce polished, brand-aligned outputs.

Streamlining Creative Workflows & Team Enablement

• Design and implement scalable AI-assisted production workflows, including reusable prompts and templates, to enhance team productivity and content adaptability.
• Provide guidance, training, and share best practices with the Studio & Content team to foster adoption of AI technologies and innovative creative methods.
• Contribute to a collaborative, innovative studio culture with a focus on continuous learning and creative evolution.

Upholding Brand Integrity & Quality Standards

• Ensure all content adheres to established brand guidelines, maintaining a high level of visual polish, consistency, and storytelling effectiveness.
• Exercise meticulous attention to detail in visual craft, paying close attention to typography, color, and motion fluency.
• Apply ethical and responsible AI practices, respecting copyright, intellectual property rights, likeness, and overall brand reputation.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 yearsof professional experience in video production, motion graphics, multimedia design, or creative content production environments.
• Demonstrable portfolio showcasing expertise in video editing, motion design, visual storytelling, and innovative use of AI-assisted creative processes.
• Proficient in conceptualising and executing projects from initial creative briefs through storyboarding to completed video and motion products.
• Advanced skills with video editing and motion design software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or comparable tools.
• Practical experience with Generative AI tools including but not limited to Adobe Firefly, Runway, Midjourney, and similar platforms for image and video generation.
• A keen understanding of artistic principles such as composition, pacing, typography, and seamless transitions to tell engaging stories.
• Capable of managing independent projects, delivering timely, high-quality results while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Exceptional creative judgment, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach toward learning and integrating emerging creative technologies and production techniques.
• Additional skills in photography/videography, creating social-first content, AI voice/audio integration, or creative automation are highly advantageous.
• Basic competency in graphic design using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma to enhance content creation flexibility.
• Experience crafting scripts, headlines, or content ideas that support visual storytelling.
• Previous exposure to working within in-house creative studios, advertising agencies, digital marketing teams, or brand-focused creative departments.
