• Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years in student recruitment, admissions, or higher education marketing.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrolment targets.
• Knowledge of Malaysia higher education regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive student recruitment strategies and campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify target demographics and opportunities.
• Coordinate recruitment activities including open days and campus tours.
• Build relationships with feeder institutions to promote programmes.
• Oversee recruitment materials and digital content across channels.
• Manage the application and admission process for a positive candidate experience.
• Analyze recruitment data and report to senior management.
• Collaborate with academic departments to ensure accurate programme representations.
• Train and supervise recruitment staff and ambassadors.
• Coordinate with international partners to expand recruitment globally.
