Job summary

Nexperia in Malaysia seeks a Manufacturing Executive responsible for in-process, outgoing quality and product non-conformance management, performing material dispositions to support operations and minimize production interruptions.

You will lead cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements, ensure raw material readiness, schedule production runs to prevent material shortages, coordinate with process and equipment teams, and implement systemic actions per quality strategies to achieve CVP

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering.
• Experience in manufacturing/ process quality/ handling quality product disposition.
• Min 3 years experience in semiconductors manufacturing environment with strong people management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure attendance and schedule work to achieve KPI with good quality.
• Ensure good people compliances in either quality or scrap or discipline.
• Review readiness of raw material and schedule the production runs to ensure no disruption due to material shortage issues.
• Coordinate among process and equipment team to ensure good quality and equipment performances.
• Lead and drive FIF projects towards meeting quality goal with process team.
• Work with the team to develop systemic actions based on quality strategies.
• Ensure material FIFO and good control for Age lot and MCT for CVP achievements.
• Coordinates disposition of quality and scrap incidence which caused by the ppl compliance issues.

In this role as a Manufacturing Executive, will hold responsibility for in-process, outgoing quality & product non-conformance management. Identify systematic problems in either process or equipment related sources and drive improvement with the respective stakeholder.
