Job summary

TikTok Kuala Lumpur is offering an internship in the Commercial Sustainability team. You will learn how TikTok Shop works by participating in projects that drive growth and ecosystem health.

Interns gain hands-on experience and industry exposure while applying academic knowledge to real-world challenges. Interns will work on performance and data analyses, collaborate with internal teams, and participate in development workshops and social events.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate in engineering or a related analytical discipline.
• Logical, analytical and good at problem solving and framework building.
• Excellent communication skills, both in team collaboration and with offline merchants.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for performance management, process management, and optimisation of adhoc projects
• Responsible for translating data into actionable insights, constantly coordinating with internal teams
• Responsible for project management to ensure deliverables are within scope and on time
• Support the team on adhoc data analysis
