Teach For Malaysia is seeking a Senior Associate to strengthen strategic planning, performance monitoring, and reporting for the Program Duta Guru in Kuala Lumpur. You will enable measurable impact with educational stakeholders and ensure effective execution of program objectives.

The role requires data-driven reporting, cross-functional coordination, OKR management, and collaboration with Finance for timely reporting. Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years in project management, strategy, planning, monitoring or performance evaluation.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience producing data-driven reports for stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple streams of work and prioritise tasks.

Responsabilités

• Design, refine, and maintain dashboards and reporting systems to track performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to plan, deliver, and evaluate initiatives.
• Lead quarterly and annual performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate data collection, analysis, and interpretation to identify trends and insights.
• Support OKR management and alignment across functions.
• Oversee the Program Duta Guru Impact Report with evidence-based insights.
• Collaborate on research and evaluation initiatives related to education outcomes.
