Quintus Search in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Technical Specialist with a strong background in software development, technology management, and team leadership. You will oversee web app development with Vue.js, Node.js, Express.js and MongoDB, manage DevOps and AWS cloud platforms, and guide AI/ML

Qualifications

8-10 years in software development and technology management.
Proven track record leading tech teams in dynamic environments.
Strong knowledge of Vue.js, Node.js, Express.js & MongoDB.
Experience with IoT, cloud platforms (AWS), and AI/ML for agriculture.
Excellent leadership and communication skills bridging tech and business.

Responsibilities

Lead and scale the tech team, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Implement and enforce structured development processes, including thorough documentation and streamlined workflows.
Oversee the development and maintenance of web applications using Vue.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
Manage server administration and DevOps, with a focus on scalability and reliability.
Develop and implement strategic technology plans that align with business goals.
Guide the team in managing and integrating cloud platforms like AWS.
Oversee the integration of IoT in agricultural technology and automation.
