Qualifications

• Experience with semiconductor equipment preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement for Capital, Spares, and Services.
• Coordinate P2P process, delivery dates, budgeting, and invoice reconciliation.
• Maintain timely delivery (OTD) to meet network capacity requirements.
• Act as primary contact for site/network suppliers and manage relationships.
• Perform supplier qualification for strategic development.
• Ensure compliance with code of conduct and CSR initiatives.
• Drive localization for supply chain resilience and cost competitiveness.
• Lead negotiations for contracts and renewals.
• Develop supplier performance measures and monitor improvement.
• Lead AI-enabled continuous improvement projects.
