You will drive cost improvements with should-cost models, develop contract strategies, and lead AI-enabled continuous improvement initiatives across a global cross-functional team. Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in engineering/procurement, semiconductor experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in engineering, purchasing/procurement, or supply chain.
• Experience managing semiconductor equipment preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage procurement process for Capital, Spares, and Services.
• Coordinate Procure to Pay (P2P) process, ensuring seamless delivery dates, cash flow maintenance, budgeting, and invoice reconciliation.
• Maintain timely delivery (OTD) to meet network capacity requirements.
• Act as the primary contact for site/network suppliers and manage supplier relationships.
• Perform commercial supplier qualification to ensure strategic supplier development.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with suppliers while addressing performance issues.
• Ensure compliance with Micron’s code-of-conduct and CSR initiatives.
• Communicate key supplier management updates and decisions across multiple organizational levels.
• Drive localization efforts to improve supply chain resilience and cost competitiveness.
• Lead AI-enabled continuous improvement projects to drive productivity and process simplification.
