Job summary

You will coordinate Procure to Pay processes, ensure on-time delivery, manage budgeting, and reconcile invoices, while building strong supplier relationships in a global matrix environment. You will apply data-driven approaches, AI-enabled continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize cost, delivery, and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable in Engineering or Supply Chain.
• At least 5 years in Engineering, Purchasing/Procurement, or Supply Chain.
• Experience with semiconductor equipment is preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement for Capital, Spares, and Services.
• Coordinate Procure to Pay (P2P) processes, ensure on-time delivery and budgeting.
• Maintain timely delivery (OTD) to meet network capacity requirements.
• Act as primary contact for site/network suppliers and manage supplier relationships.
• Perform supplier qualification to ensure strategic supplier development.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with suppliers while addressing performance issues.
• Ensure compliance with code-of-conduct and CSR initiatives.
• Communicate supplier updates across organizational levels.
• Drive localization to improve resilience and cost competitiveness.
