Job summary

Lumileds Malaysia is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Analyst. Fresh graduates are welcome. The role centers on developing, executing, and optimizing supply plans to meet customer forecasts and ensure smooth logistics for on-time delivery.

You'll work on capacity planning, material availability, and KPI reporting, collaborating cross-functionally to improve planning practices and drive efficiency and cost savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM or related field is required.
• 0–3 years of experience in manufacturing or planning desirable.
• Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is advantageous.
• Green Belt is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate loading plans and coordinate with production to meet forecasts.
• Evaluate materials, equipment and workforce for production readiness.
• Monitor processes for disruptions, delays and productivity issues.
• Manage inventory levels and material replenishment to avoid shortages.
• Support new product introductions and Lean planning.
• Collaborate with teams for optimized, lean supply chain.
• Plan capacity, resources, and KPIs; analyze variances and adjust.
• Run what-if scenarios and perform data-driven performance analysis.
