Job summary

Celestica Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Manager in Senai, Malaysia (hybrid). You will drive supplier performance improvements, validate purchase orders to ensure accurate demand signals, and lead cross‑functional teams to resolve complex supply chain issues.

The role requires five plus years of relevant experience in electronics manufacturing, with strong analytical, financial and negotiation skills. You will report to leadership and collaborate across internal teams and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Five plus years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing and supplier performance.
• Strong analytical, financial and negotiation skills.
• Ability to communicate across levels and handle multiple tasks under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Improve supplier performance by validating POs and balancing demand signals.
• Drive holistic supplier improvements and rapid issue resolution.
• Lead cross‑functional projects to improve OTTR, PD and Linearity at the site.
• Analyze supplier performance using SAP, Rapid Response and Celestica databases.
• Interface with suppliers and internal stakeholders and report to leadership.
