Qualifications

• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and MS Project; Mandarin-speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage structural and architectural projects from concept design through construction completion.
• Develop project schedules, resource plans, and work programs to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate activities among consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor progress and prepare regular status reports for management and clients.
• Ensure project objectives, scope, and deliverables meet contractual requirements.
