Job description

Develop, evaluate, and manage both local and overseas suppliers to ensure product quality, cost competitiveness, and delivery performance.

Lead sourcing and cost improvement projects, including alternative material sourcing and supplier optimization.

Manage and maintain supplier records, including contracts, quotations, price updates, and compliance documents.

Conduct cost analysis, market trend studies, and supplier performance assessments to support long‑term sourcing strategies.

Support new product introduction (NPI) and mass production projects by coordinating cross‑functional sourcing requirements.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure sourcing plans align with company objectives and project timelines.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in strategic sourcing or supply chain management.
• Experience in manufacturing or electronic component industries is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of international trade, supplier management, and cost control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Oracle ERP systems.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
• Able to travel internationally (approximately 50–60% per year).
