Job summary

Infosys BPM Malaysia is seeking an experienced Sourcing & Procurement professional to lead end-to-end procurement projects, including scope discussion, sourcing execution, contract terms, and reporting. You will support Indonesia-based RFX activities and leverage e-sourcing tools and ERP environments to drive savings and compliance.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement across cross-functional teams, plus a proven track record in negotiating terms and maintaining global document

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Sourcing & Procurement, focused on strategic initiatives (Capex Investment / MRO preferred).
• Direct materials experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execution of sourcing projects including end-to-end management (scope discussion and clarification, sourcing execution, contract management and reporting).
• Support operations across Indonesia RFX preparation and execution including eSourcing solutions.
• Negotiations, contract terms discussion, savings documentation and reporting.
