Job summary

Hartalega in Malaysia (Selangor/Sepang) is seeking a Sourcing Executive to support the development and execution of sourcing initiatives, supplier selection, and vendor management. You will conduct market research, analyse spend data, manage supplier engagements, and assist in contract negotiations under guidance from the Strategic Sourcing Team Lead.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure sourcing activities meet operational needs, maintain records, and track supplier

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
Experience in procurement/sourcing and supplier management is preferred.
Ability to conduct market research and analyze spend data.
Familiarity with RFQ/RFP processes and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

Support development and execution of sourcing initiatives and supplier selection.
Manage vendor relationships and assist in contract drafting/negotiations under guidance.
Conduct market research and supplier profiling to assess capability and competitiveness.
Assist spend analysis to identify opportunities for consolidation and cost savings.
Maintain procurement records, reports, and compliance with policies.
