• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant bid management, pricing, sourcing, commercial operations and/or ICT experience.
• Strong analytical and negotiation capabilities.

• Provide sourcing and quotation management for international data opportunities with timely responses and KPI compliance.
• Benchmark market costs and identify competitive sourcing options across countries.
• Collaborate with Partners & Global Alliance teams to optimize cost structures and govern agreements.
