Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Executive Recruiters is seeking a Procurement/Supply Chain specialist in Kuala Lumpur to develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with production schedules and company objectives.

You will analyze material requirements, identify reliable suppliers, negotiate contracts, monitor performance, manage inventory, ensure compliance, and collaborate with engineering, production, and finance to support cost optimization and new product development.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (SCM, Business Admin, Engineering).
3+ years of purchasing/procurement experience, preferably in automotive/manufacturing.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes and supply chain logistics is a plus.
Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with production schedules and company objectives.
