Job summary

XL Axiata seeks a Solution Architect to be the primary technical owner for assigned customer accounts in Malaysia, including CelcomDigi and others. You will translate customer requirements into BRDs, maintain roadmaps, and drive customer-specific demos to expand platform adoption.

You will own technical engagements, propose use cases, and ensure alignment of demonstrations with business objectives while coordinating with Sales and COO teams.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design solution architectures for telecom platforms (BSS/OSS, charging, provisioning, network APIs).
• Experience translating customer requirements into structured BRDs and business outcomes.
• Knowledge of fintech/payments ecosystems and API-based integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own technical ownership for assigned customers and manage engineering coordination across releases and platforms.
• Maintain customer roadmaps, capture BRDs, and present validated BRDs in reviews.
• Design and maintain customer-specific use cases and demos aligned to business goals.
• Collaborate with Sales and COO in technical engagements and validate solution feasibility.
• Own and maintain the demo environment and repository of reusable demos/use cases for regional customers.
