Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corporation is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Planner who will manage demand/supply planning for multiple products from 3rd party vendors. You will drive prioritization, allocate constrained supply, and coordinate with sales, manufacturing and logistics to maximize revenue and minimize delays.

The role requires 5+ years in supply chain planning in a manufacturing/semiconductor context, strong leadership, and advanced Excel/ERP skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management / Supply Chain / Engineering or Operations Planning.
• Min 3 years of experience as a supervisor, manager, or similar relevant position.
• Minimum 5 years' related working experience in Supply Chain Planning. Experience in manufacturing environment, customer service is an added advantage.
• Experience in Semiconductor Industry.
• Good time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Must be able to demonstrate strong leadership, people management & influencing skills.
• Experience in ERP systems operation and control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications – Excel. Advanced Excel is an added advantage.
• Data analysis experience. Ability to solve complex problems or working relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply prioritization, allocation management, and expedite governance during constrained supply situations.
• Evaluate customer priorities, revenue impact, supply constraints, capacity, and trade-offs to support decisions.
• Assess end-to-end supply chain implications before recommending pull-ins or schedule changes.
• Provide supply status to BU, sales, manufacturing, and other stakeholders and communicate effectively.
• Drive continuous improvement to streamline delivery fulfillment and improve accuracy.
