Job summary

KOP Mantap Berhad is seeking a General Manager to lead security services and agency operations, drive strategic growth, and ensure service excellence. You will oversee business development, performance, and compliance while managing resources and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities include strategic planning, contract/tender management, risk and governance, and delivering client-focused security solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in security services, security management, or related industry.
• Experience in managing security operations, tenders, client relationships, and regulatory compliance will be an advantage.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Security Management, Operations Management, or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee business development, client base expansion, and tender participation.
• Provide leadership and direction to all departments and operational teams.
• Monitor KPIs, strategy execution, and performance against targets.
• Ensure compliance with laws, licensing, and company policies.
