Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a skilled risk and sustainability leader to oversee enterprise risk management and ESG program delivery. You will coordinate data collection, monitor regulatory developments, and prepare reports for Management and Board committees.

You will drive governance initiatives, develop policies, and engage stakeholders across projects to strengthen risk awareness and ensure compliance with group requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business, risk management, sustainability, finance, engineering or related fields.
• Experience in risk management, sustainability, ESG, governance or related areas.
• Experience in the construction and corporate environment would be an advantage.
• Good analytical, communication and reporting skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Proactive, organised and able to work independently.
• Good understanding of risk management and sustainability practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise risk management, including project risk assessments, risk reporting and mitigation monitoring.
• Prepare risk reports and presentations for Management and Board-level Risk Management Committees.
• Drive the Company's sustainability and ESG roadmap, including stakeholder engagement, materiality assessment and ESG initiatives.
• Coordinate ESG data collection, monitoring and reporting in line with regulatory and Group requirements.
• Monitor ESG and sustainability regulatory developments and support compliance with applicable requirements.
• Support sustainability requirements for tenders, customers, investors and other stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain risk, sustainability, governance and related corporate policies.
• Support whistleblowing, anti-bribery, ethics and governance initiatives.
• Coordinate internal investigations and follow-up actions on governance or whistleblowing matters.
• Work closely with project and functional teams to strengthen risk awareness and mitigation practices.
• Prepare management and Board reports on risk and sustainability performance.
• Lead cross-functional projects and other strategic initiatives assigned by Management.
