Lembaga Tabung Haji in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Senior Manager, Risk and Strategic Planning to support the Head of Strategic Planning & Capability in driving risk-based audit planning and governance coordination.

You will lead the Annual Audit Plan development, risk evaluation, and stakeholder engagement to ensure coverage of high-risk and strategic areas, while guiding AGC materials and action follow-ups.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or risk management.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in internal audit, risk management, governance, or strategic planning.
• 8–10 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in risk assessment and audit planning.
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks and audit methodologies.
• Professional certification such as CIA, CRMA, CISA is an added advantage.

Aufgaben

• Lead the development and periodic review of the Annual Audit Plan using a structured risk-based framework.
• Lead risk evaluation and analysis to prioritise high-risk audit areas.
• Review risk scorecards, findings, regulatory developments, and strategic initiatives to identify audit priorities.
• Recommend risk-based audit scopes and themes for inclusion in the Annual Audit Plan.
• Maintain and enhance the audit universe, identifying auditable entities by risk.
• Conduct risk profiling and risk scoring of auditable entities.
• Engage with management and key stakeholders to gather insights on risk exposures and issues.
• Coordinate GIAD strategic planning initiatives and ensure alignment with priorities.
• Prepare materials for the Audit and Governance Committee (AGC) meetings.
• Monitor implementation status of audit action plans and escalate overdue actions.
