Job summary

Ryt Bank is seeking a skilled Regulatory Reporting professional to ensure timely submissions to Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM), PIDM and other regulators. You will collaborate with Finance, Data and Business teams to maintain compliance and support reporting system enhancements.

The role requires 5–10 years of banking experience, a recognized accounting qualification, and hands-on regulatory reporting to Malaysian regulators. A fast-paced environment and accurate results are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of banking experience or Big4 external audit in banking
• Degree in Accountancy or recognized qualification (MICPA/ACCA/CPA)
• Strong hands-on regulatory reporting experience to Bank Negara Malaysia
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment and produce accurate results

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit regulatory returns (STATsmart, PIDM, ESSDSS) accurately and on time
• Manage regulatory reporting systems and processes covering the Bank's banking business
• Collaborate with Data and Business teams to communicate reporting requirements
• Review, map and test end-to-end for new and existing products
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and controls for efficiency and quality of reported figures
• Support testing activities and provide feedback on regulatory reporting projects/surveys (BNM/PIDM)
