Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in proposal management, pursuits, marketing, or business development within engineering, infrastructure, or professional services.
• Strong experience managing complex bids and tender submissions.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proposal coordination skills.
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and regional offices.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate strategic bids, tenders, and proposal submissions across Southeast Asia.
• Manage the full proposal lifecycle, including opportunity tracking, bid planning, proposal development, and submission.
• Work closely with technical leaders and partners to develop bid strategies, win themes, and value propositions aligned with client priorities.
• Coordinate and consolidate technical, commercial, and administrative inputs from multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality and compliant proposals.
• Maintain proposal templates, CV databases, and knowledge resources, tracking the regional pursuits pipeline across Southeast Asia.
• Support regional marketing initiatives, particularly in Malaysia, and contribute to capability statements, marketing materials, and presentations.
• Contribute to digital and content marketing, including website and LinkedIn content.
• Support participation in industry events, conferences, and client engagement activities.
