Emerson Electric Co. is seeking a Production Scheduler to develop and execute production schedules that ensure on-time delivery, optimize resource use, and maintain smooth manufacturing flow.

You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to balance demand with capacity and drive schedule adherence. The role requires 3+ years in production planning or manufacturing operations, strong analytical and problem solving skills, and proficiency in ERP/MRP and Excel; Power

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Production Planning, Scheduling, or Manufacturing Operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel; Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain daily and weekly production schedules.
• Prioritize and sequence jobs based on customer demand, capacity, and operational constraints.
• Monitor schedule attainment, WIP flow, and production performance.
• Manage production escalations and recovery plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve material, capacity, and delivery issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve throughput, cycle time, and delivery performance.
