Job summary

Pecca Group Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a Production Planning Executive to plan and coordinate daily and monthly production schedules based on customer orders and capacity.

You will monitor progress, coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing and other departments, manage material requirements and maintain SAP/MES data and reports. The role requires 1–3 years' experience and a degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in production planning.
• Experience with SAP/MES systems and knowledge of BOM structure and MRP preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication, coordination, teamwork, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily and monthly production schedules based on customer orders and production capacity.
• Monitor production progress and ensure schedules are completed according to the required timeline.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth production flow.
• Plan and monitor material requirements to ensure sufficient materials are available for production.
• Review BOM structure and ensure material requirements are properly planned.
• Monitor inventory levels and minimize material shortages or excess stock.
• Update and maintain production planning data in SAP/MES systems and prepare relevant reports.
• Identify production planning issues and work with relevant teams to resolve delays or material shortages.
