Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Production Planning and Materials Management professional to coordinate daily production schedules in Seremban and ensure material readiness. You will leverage SAP to track raw materials and packaging usage, supporting a 10–12 week production horizon and timely delivery.

The role requires coordinating with procurement and production teams to maintain stock, ensure safety compliance, and assist with year-end stock takes, reporting, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent tertiary education.
• At least 3 years’ experience in manufacturing field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in planning & materials management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure raw materials staged are sufficient to run production.
• Ensure finished goods are ready at least two days before delivery date.
• Schedule daily production activity and monitor status.
• Update SAP with quantities of raw materials and packaging used in production.
• Plan for at least 10–12 weeks of production schedules.
• Follow up on raw material availability with Materials Management.
• Support year-end stock take and accuracy checks.
• Prepare and evaluate weekly and monthly raw material consumption versus finished goods production.
• Maintain safety standards and comply with environmental and HSE policies.
