Job summary

Classic Advantage Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a production planning professional to prepare and monitor moulding production schedules, plan based on demand and capacity, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires updating SAP planning data, analyzing plan vs. actuals, and supporting continuous improvement in planning and scheduling processes. This is a full-time on-site position with benefits.

Qualifications

• Plan production based on customer demand, capacity and delivery requirements.
• Monitor production output against planned schedule.
• Highlight and resolve shortages and capacity issues.
• Update planning data in SAP.
• Coordinate with Production, Material, Warehouse, Tooling and other related departments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor daily/weekly/monthly moulding production schedule.
• Plan production based on customer demand, capacity and delivery requirements.
• Check material and mould availability to support production.
• Monitor production output against planned schedule.
• Follow up production shortages, delays and machine capacity issues.
• Coordinate with Production, Material, Warehouse, Tooling and other related departments.
• Update and maintain planning data in SAP.
• Highlight any potential delivery or production issues to Planning Manager.
• Prepare basic planning reports such as plan vs actual, capacity and production status.
• Support continuous improvement in production planning and scheduling.
• Customer Weekly Forecast
