Job summary

ECCO STEEL INDUSTRIES SDN BHD is seeking a proactive Production Planner Executive to join our team. You will handle production planning, material scheduling, and cross-department coordination to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

You will develop and monitor production plans, prepare material schedules, and work with Engineering, Sales, and Warehouse teams to ensure timely material availability and on-time product delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field as stated.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills across departments.
• Sound understanding of material planning, inventory control and production scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans to optimize resources and meet schedules.
• Monitor production activities and analyze schedules to ensure material availability.
• Prepare material schedules and purchase requests based on sales orders.
• Plan and manage raw material requirements to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Collaborate with Engineering and other support departments to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with Sales and Warehouse teams for timely material availability and delivery.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and workflow.
